Hey, everyone!
We just got home a little after 1:00 today and everyone is doing really well. Thank you all so much for your prayers! God has so richly blessed us by bringing our baby girl to us safely. For those of you who know what this means, Courtney was able to successfully VBAC–in fact, she went completely naturally by God’s grace. She was frickin’ awesome! Aside from that really awfully horrible labor pain (stinkin’ curse in the garden…), everything went as close to perfect as we could have imagined. Thanks be to God!

Congrats on the newest addition to your wonderful and loving family. I see you had to make sure she was just a tad bigger and longer than Jayda huh? She is absolutely beautiful and she looks so much like Jayda in the photo you have showing. I can’t believe two cousins were born only 18 days apart from one another. I’m glad to hear all went well and you were able to deliver her VBAC. Arlyn tried VBAC but too many problems with the size of the baby and the size of mommy. We will have to setup a family reunion to get all the family together so the cousins can all meet one another for the first time. Better have a large playpen ready for four kids. Well, I just found out yesterday that I will be traveling back east to Washington D.C. for work, I wish I could stop by Louisville on my way back to California but I need to be home with my little one as much as possible now. We can’t wait to see you guys again, maybe later this year we will fly back to see you guys.
